Hawaiian Roasted Pig
A high-energy, authentic Hawaiian roasted luau pig presentation. The pig roast is a staple at every Polynesian feast. The pig is traditionally prepared in the Samoan ground oven, called the “umu”, where it is carefully wrapped in fragrant banana leaves and slow-cooked for hours with burning hot rocks. We provide a delicious, juicy whole roasted luau pig, assorted with tropical fruits and decorations. Listen for the sound of the drums and introduction by our emcee, as our warriors carry the pig in for display and carving.
