Hawaiian Pig Roast

The pig roast is a staple at every Polynesian feast. The pig is traditionally prepared in the Samoan ground oven, called the “umu”, where it is carefully wrapped in fragrant banana leaves and slow-cooked for hours with burning hot rocks. We provide a delicious, juicy whole roasted luau pig, with assorted tropical fruits and decorations. Listen for the sound of the drums and introduction by our emcee, as our warriors carry the pig in for display and carving.

I was a bit nervous b/c I booked last minute and really didn’t take much time at all to research their reviews. The team arrived FULLY equipped and self sufficient, followed by a show that would match the likes of anything you would experience in Hawaii. The beginning of the show got me choked up to the point of tears! The show is so authentic and powerful with the drums, costumes, the announcer (also amazzzzing!)
