Arrival & Lei Greeting
Your guests are welcomed into the celebration by our beautiful Polynesian dancers who greet each guest with a lei and warm island hospitality. As they enter, our live island band sets the atmosphere with the sounds of Hawaiian, Polynesian, and classic favorites. Guests enjoy photo opportunities with the dancers while the tropical music creates the perfect beginning to an unforgettable evening.
Dinner & Live Music
As guests settle in, the highlight of the evening’s feast makes its grand appearance. Our roasted pig is proudly displayed and ceremoniously carried through the crowd by our Polynesian warriors, bringing excitement and authentic island tradition to the event. The Hawaiian luau buffet then opens, featuring delicious island dishes for guests to enjoy while the live band continues performing a mix of Hawaiian, Polynesian, and American classics.
The Show Begins
As the sun sets and anticipation builds, the show begins with the powerful sound of lively Polynesian drums and a spectacular light display.
Our talented dancers take guests on a journey across the islands with authentic performances from Tahiti, Hawaii, New Zealand, and Samoa. The show is energetic, colorful, and interactive, with plenty of audience participation.
Guests can join the fun as the women learn the graceful movements of the hula, while the men compete for the honorary title of “Big Kahuna” in a lively crowd-favorite challenge.
The Fire Knife Finale
The night builds to an unforgettable grand finale as our legendary fire knife warriors from Samoa take the stage. The “Ailao Afi” or Samoan Fire Knife Dance is a warrior dance from the island of Samoa. In ancient times, the knife dance was used as a pre-war ritual to intimidate opponents. The dance is a tradition in Samoan culture, and has been passed down in our family for generations. Our fire warriors descend from a long lineage of professional fire dancers directly from Samoa. Our family’s warriors have danced professionally in Hawaii’s top luau shows and globally with Cirque Du Soleil! Spinning, tossing, and twirling blazing knives with incredible speed and precision, this breathtaking performance lights up the night and leaves the crowd cheering. It’s the perfect high-energy ending to an authentic island celebration your guests will never forget.
